Authasas BV is looking for a skilled technical support representative to join our Great Team. This position requires a working knowledge on software testing and system administrating with emphasis on Microsoft Windows family operating systems. A Technical Support Engineer's first responsibility is the testing of our product line to get a good level of knowledge in Authasas solution and help our QA group. After some months of testing he/she will be joined to our support group.

Job Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge OS (server family) Microsoft Windows Server 2003 - 2012 R2 and (client family) Microsoft Windows XP - 8.1
• Past experience with AD, DNS, IIS
• Past experience with Virtualization
• Good knowledge of testing methods
• Upper-intermediate English (read, write and speak)
• Passion for permanent self-education
• Team work experience
• Higher education (technical)

Optional (+1 to candidate level):

• Good communication skills
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Experience in testing
• Past experience in OS *nix
