Опыт работы ITIL Консультантом или IT менеджером с ITIL.
Наличие сертификата ITIL Foundation будет плюсом.

Большим преимуществом, если вы имели опыт с HP OpenView, HP ServiceDesk, BMC Remedy или Tivoli.

•MSSQL 2000 DBA experience
•TransactSQL Programming
•Experience with large databases (over 100 GB)
•Experience with performing tuning
•Experience with SQL Statement tuning
•Experience with partitioning
•Experience with Logshipping (backup log/log restore)
•Experience with database maintenance
•Experience with schemas (other than .dbo)
•Experience with working with other dba’s
•MS certified or be able to become MS certified soon

It`s an Ocean of Opportunities! FirstSoft is now Hiring Software Test Manager/ QA Lead/Senior QA Engineer.
Requirements:
Knows Loadrunner (a software package for testing other software)
Fluent in English
At least 4 years of work experience in a similar position
Responsibilities:
Creation and realization of a test plan within planning.
Creation of Test cases
Assisting in establishing of test criteria.
Test strategy creation (description of activities by person/department on behalf of implementation).
To specify test infrastructure (checks if infrastructure (test surroundings) is present.
To establish test script (translation logical test cases in physical test cases).
Fix by test of tasks and responsibilities.
To instruct and supporting the testers at FAT (Functional Acceptation Test) and GAP (Users Acceptation Test)
Carry out these tests.
Checking of carried out test.
Communication of findings in writing and reporting on them.
Maintain test documentation.
Register and monitor incidents.
Create final test reports to the management for decision making purposes.
