Senior Test Manager/Test Group Lead

Job description:
Company is a successful IT-consulting company headquartered in the U.S., one of the market leaders in technology outsourcing from Russia, is looking for Senior Test Manager/Test Group Lead. The ideal candidate should be a highly-experienced in QA management with strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication and management skills.
Responsibilities:
· Managing a group of 3 - 5 test engineers;
· developing project documentation, test strategy documents, test specifications, automated testing solutions,
· holding the responsibility for product quality;
· Improving internal communication and management processes.
Requirements:
· Higher education,
· Windows operating systems knowledge is required, knowledge of Linux/UNIX is desirable,
· Knowledge of at least one scripting language and understanding of at least one procedural or object oriented programming language is required,
· Good written English is a must,
· Experience in systems administration is a plus,
· Understanding the architecture and implementation principles of 3-tier web based information systems is a plus,
· Experience in testing of Java applications is a plus,
· Knowledge of any tool for an automated testing is a plus,
· Solid experience in people management is a plus.

Conditions:
$1700-2200 + medical insurance.
