TeXP Coordinator will work with Center Of Excellence Managers and Line of Business (LOB) leadership teams in order to manage the on-going relationship with Company's software vendors and will lead the Company knowledge management initiative and be responsible for creation, deployment, and maintenance of the collective knowledge around software vendors

Responsibilities:
• Sets-up and maintains partnership program participation including training programs and vendor certification;
• Recommend process improvements to continually reduce cycle-time;
• Pro-actively collect partnership and skillset needs from LOBs;
• Participate in the company budgeting cycle related to partnership programs and trainings;
• Responsible for accurate and on-going communication between vendors and related internal departments relating to all operational issues;
• Owns and manages the capture, creation, deployment, and maintenance of the relevant technical knowledge for the service and support of employees, including internal and external trainings and boot-camps;
• Identifies the internal and external demands for knowledge and develops the processes necessary to meet those demands;
• Works with all internal teams to ensure timely and relevant knowledge is available to internal and external users at the time of all product launches;
• Monitors the success of the knowledge effort and drives continuous improvement, measuring against customer needs, company strategy, and external best-in-class benchmarking;
• Contributes to pre-sales efforts and creation of presentation material.

Requirements:
• B.S. degree in a technical discipline;
• Experience in a similar position with a multinational company (at least 3 years);
• Good presentation skills;
• Strong organizational skills;
• Proven track record with leading technical & business teams, especially remote teams;
• Quickly establishes user credibility, confidence & respect;
• Customer service skills to manage technical issues in complex, difficult or stressful situations;
• Ability to embrace the exciting blend of technical expertise, engagement ability, and leadership that is required to be successful;
• English language proficiency;
• Likes to travel and work in a multi-cultured, geographically distributed organization.

Work conditions:
• Starting salary ~130K.rub gross;
• Up 30% bonus payable twice a year;
• Social package (medical insurance, professional education, corporate crediting programs, fitness etc.)
