mid-level Java/Javascript/Web UI developer

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Minimum of 2 years professional development experience
Must have a strong Java, JSP, JavaBeans, HTML/DHTML, CSS and Javascript skills
Must have a strong UI focused web application development experience
Must have a strong RDBMS experience including excellent SQL skills
Must have Experience with web-based Java applications
Must have a strong understanding of DOM
Experience with Browser quirks and browser based debugging tools
Experience with frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, GWT and JQuery a plus
Experience writing and debugging multi-threaded Java applications is preferred
Individual must take initiative and be able to work with minimal supervision
Excellent communication and verbal skills
Must thrive in a fast-paced, small team work environment
Duties:
Supporting and enhancing existing platform and other supporting applications
Designing, implementing and deploying new features for our current chat platform
Documenting new features and existing features
Working with other cross-functional teams in the organization to successfully
diagnose, troubleshoot issues and implement solutions
Answer questions about software functionality
Supporting regular release cycles
Deploying web applications
Debugging, maintaining and monitoring all internal applications
