The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Defining of testing strategy, including resourcing, for all Russia located testing teams in RPL domain in close co-operation with the applications test leads;
• Defining what can be leveraged across the group to improve efficiency and quality of testing;
• Manage current vendor engagements and make sure we are getting the best value from our partners.

Experience/Requirements:

• Strong hands-on background in testing and quality assurance of complex enterprise systems;
• Strong knowledge of testing tools and methodologies to be able to lead by example;
• Strong people management and relationship skills;
• Multi-tasking, proven experience in managing multiple streams of work;
• Experience within a global team working with colleagues and clients in numerous worldwide locations would be beneficial;
• Understanding the banking environment, a strong interest in financial markets and be highly proactive hence a banking background is preferable;
• Good written English and spoken English.
