Duties & Responsibilities

- Work collaboratively in a geographically distributed team
- Develop regression test plans and execute test cases
- Report found defects
- Verify fixed defects
- Maintain online knowledge base up to date
- Review product documentation
- Perform exploratory testing
- Develop automated tests for strategic projects

Required skills:

- Solid technical background
- Working knowledge of software issues reporting and tracking principles
- Ability to create effective test plans
- Attention to details
- Enthusiasm to adapt to new technologies, tools and techniques
- Ability to communicate clearly in writing, over the phone and in person
- Intermediate English with good writing is a must

Preferred skills:
- Test automation experience (QTP, Selenium)
- Programming and scripting languages knowledge
- Load testing experience
- Disaster recovery testing experience
- Familiarity with bugtracking and task management systems (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Experience in technical documentation writing (Wiki)
- Knowledge of investment banking and trading theoretical aspects
- Working knowledge of financial markets software
- Web GUI testing experience
