Team Leader .NET (Kiev)

We are looking for confident, enthusiastic, proactive and results-oriented people to join us as a Lead Software Engineer to work on the challenging projects in our Kiev Office.

Successful candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor degree in computer science or related technical field. Advanced degree and/or major certifications a plus
- 5+ years of experience as an application developer/lead/architect
- Hands on experience and expert knowledge in .Net framework, ASP.NET or Win Forms
- In-depth knowledge and production experience working with relational databases (MSSQL/Oracle is preferable)
- Strong planning, scheduling, and analytic skills
- Experience in leading a team or projects
- Experience and ability to manage delivery and ensure the timeline
- Good communication skills, advanced level of spoken English
