- Working in software development at least 3 years.
- Project management at least 3 years.
- Good knowledge of development methodologies and quality assurance.
- Strong project documentation skills including functional and technical specification creation.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience in managing development teams from 3 developers.
- Experience in communication with english-speaking customers
- Experience in working on PHP/.Net projects is appreciated
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Self motivated and pro-active.
