QA Manager / Test lead at Kentor

Requirements:

•7+ years of experience within quality assurance
•3+ years of experience as a leader of test team
•Experience from international distributed projects
•Experience from testing large administrative systems, banking systems or insurance systems
•Experience from different types of testing (GUI, integration, automated etc.)
•Ability to lead a team of testers consisting of up to 6 people
•Flexible, proactive, and open minded person
•Ability to write a test strategy, test plan and a test process for a project from scratch
•Ability to travel abroad and stay for some time in Norway and Sweden.
Responsibilities:

•We need a person to be responsible for quality assurance in a big international project with participants from Norway, Sweden, and Russia.
•The work will include:

◦creation of QA routines and processes
◦test team building and management
◦design of test cases‚ test execution
◦development of test plans‚ verification of documents‚ reporting
◦participate in acceptance testing
