Anyone used Shunra Storm?
or other tools by this company?
what's your opinion?
If not, what can you recommend for the same purposes (simulate testing in WAN-like environment, slow connection, etc.)

I didn't use Shunra Storm separately, but their WAN-emulation technology was integrated into Mercury LoadRunner 7.6 and higher where it works just fine.
