Client Integration Lead for Deutsche Bank
Location — Moscow

Duties & Responsibilities:

The role is to lead Client Integration team.

The team’s primary responsibility is planning and project managing integrations of the trading platform with the external clients’ electronic infrastructure.
The integration projects include analysis of clients’ requirements and trading model, assisting clients with their development, controlling the testing and 'go live' processes, monitoring quality and performance of client connections after go-live.
The second responsibility of the team is to analyse how the changes planned will affect client connections, timely provide client feedback to other teams, and then project manage the changes across clients of the platform.

The team is regionally distributed to cover client locations globally and have specialists in Moscow, NY, and Singapore.

In the role of the Client Integration lead you will:

— Establish and maintain team’s processes, coordinate team’s activities across three regions
— Hold extensive communication on project requirements
— Project manage client integrations and provide transparency in projects status
— Contribute in project tasks by gathering and analysing clients feedback on planned functionality
— Establish relationships with vendors and IT teams of key clients
— Assist on queries requiring deep insight into eFX IT systems and client-facing functionality

Experience / Requirements:

• Mathematical or IT academic background
• Team leader / project manager experience, track of successful deliveries
• Solid background in Java and broad range of IT technologies, experience with FIX protocol is a plus
• Experience of troubleshooting and tuning applications in live environment.
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent English – written and spoken
