Нужен Qa Lead

On behalf of our customer, the big international software development company, we announce about the opening of Senior QA specialist/QA lead position. This position is opened as a result of rapid growth of business and extension of development team.
Responsibilities:
- Liaises with various development teams and business analysts to identify, derive and develop testing needs.
- Responsible for execution and modification of test scripts.
- Documents defects in code and works with developers/business liaisons to resolve issues.
- Writes, revises, and verifies quality standards and test procedures for program design and product evaluation
- Recommends program improvements or corrections to programmers
Requirements:
- Ability to write and execute test scripts based on functional requirements using UI testing tools
- Knowledge of system analysis and design process and tools
- 1 year minimum experience of Rational or Mercury automation testing tools
- Basic knowledge of DBMS (e.g. Oracle, MS SQL Server, Sybase);
- More than 3 years working experience in software commercial projects as a tester
- Good communication skills, good written and spoken English
Compensation: salary - 1300-1500, social package, coverage of traveling costs, possibilities for further professional and career growth.
