Test Analysys and Leads (manual and automation)

My current company is in need of testers

5 Test Analysts (Manual Testing)
Skills required: At least 3 yrs experience in manual testing and test process
Skills preferred: technical aptitude, demonstrable interest in technology (i.e. have an interest outside day job)

5 Test Analysts (Test Automation)
Skills required: knows manual testing but more exposure to test automation or programming languages
Skills preferred: technical aptitude, demonstrable interest in technology. Strives to self educate on latest technologies, definite interest in learning development and applying this to testing.

2 Test Leads
Skills required: Minimum 4 years of Experience in Test Leadership.Know manual testing and good test process, team leadership and planning, organised, very good communications
Skills preferred: exposure to or understanding of automation, automation frameworks, framework/API non-GUI testing

1 Technical tester
The candidate must be able to be a "one-man" team and is highly technical and knows automation
Skills required: Minimum 4 years of Experience in Test Leadership. Know manual testing and good test process, team leadership and planning, organised, very good communications
Skills preferred: exposure to or understanding of automation, automation frameworks, framework/API non-GUI testing
