Responsibilities
• Coordination between QA and the rest of team
• Managing of QA team (2 Moscow-based QA Specialists, 1 London-based QA Specialist and a team of 4 Bangalore subcontractors)
• Requirements analysis from QA perspective for major and minor releases of the system
• Test approaches creation based on requirements
• Test cases creation based on test approaches, progress tracking in that area
• Test cases automation, progress tracking and suggesting future improvements in that area
• Maintain test plan for different exchanges testing and upgrades
• Test enviroments management
• Release management

Requirements
• Strong understanding of Quality Assurance function, it's role in software development lifecycle
• Solid hands-on experience in functional, regression and integration testing of client and server applications
• Experience with designing test plans and test cases
• Experience with test automation tools/practices
• Working knowledge of SQL language
• Team management experience up to 4 people
• Good communication skills
• Good written and spoken English

Role Description:

We are looking for a senior software developer with proven track record of successful delivery, with some years of experience with the implementation of high reliability high performance low latency systems.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Role Description:

In the the role of Quality Assurance Specialist you will verify the functional specifications/test approaches, manage and develop test coverage, identify and address quality flaws, systematise the software process, and track release management activities.

Responsibilities:

The responsibility of the candidate will be Quality Assurance function, including:

Requirements analysis from quality assurance perspective;
Communication with developers, BAs, and PMs for establishing requirements for quality;
Test plans creation, maintenance and execution;
Automated test creation, maintenance and execution;
Test environment maintenance;
Active participation in test coverage expansion and testing process improvements;
Functional and client documentation creation.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of Quality Assurance function, its role in software development lifecycle;
Solid hands-on experience in functional, regression and load testing of client and server applications;
Experience with integration testing which involves downstream and upstream systems;
Experience with test automation tools/practices
Strong test analysis skills i.e. ability to design test cases using different test techniques.
Understanding high-throughput / low latency application metrics
Good communication skills
English is intermediate or higher

Client Integration Lead for Deutsche Bank
Location — Moscow

Duties & Responsibilities:

The role is to lead Client Integration team.

The team’s primary responsibility is planning and project managing integrations of the trading platform with the external clients’ electronic infrastructure.
The integration projects include analysis of clients’ requirements and trading model, assisting clients with their development, controlling the testing and 'go live' processes, monitoring quality and performance of client connections after go-live.
The second responsibility of the team is to analyse how the changes planned will affect client connections, timely provide client feedback to other teams, and then project manage the changes across clients of the platform.

The team is regionally distributed to cover client locations globally and have specialists in Moscow, NY, and Singapore.

In the role of the Client Integration lead you will:

— Establish and maintain team’s processes, coordinate team’s activities across three regions
— Hold extensive communication on project requirements
— Project manage client integrations and provide transparency in projects status
— Contribute in project tasks by gathering and analysing clients feedback on planned functionality
— Establish relationships with vendors and IT teams of key clients
— Assist on queries requiring deep insight into eFX IT systems and client-facing functionality

Experience / Requirements:

• Mathematical or IT academic background
• Team leader / project manager experience, track of successful deliveries
• Solid background in Java and broad range of IT technologies, experience with FIX protocol is a plus
• Experience of troubleshooting and tuning applications in live environment.
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent English – written and spoken
