A young IT company with foreign investments that works in financial area and has great prospects of successful development is looking for highly motivated and professional QA Engineer
Key responsibilities:
Perform software and web testing to ensure that the corporate financial application functions as specified and provides the best quality information services to customers. The tests cover both front-end web applications and common services systems. Prepare test plans, document test cases, conduct software/web testing, evaluate and report testing results to QA team leader. Document and track software defect while interfacing with development and product.
Requirements:
-2+ years overall software/web-based Quality Assurance testing experience;
-Participation in development and maintenance of automated testing scripts and test scenarios;
-Experience in testing of ASP/Web based applications;
-Knowledge of appropriate testing methodologies;
-Participation in implementation / maintenance of automated testing tools;
-Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Math, Engineering, Computer Science;
-The ability to learn new applications and testing methodologies quickly;
-A test-to-break attitude and attention to detail from customers point of view;
-Strong documentation/writing skills for creating test plans and automation framework;
-Knowledge of financial/banking area of application will be a plus.
