Responsibilities:
ü Become Automation QA Lead backup once QA Lead is away;
ü Prepare and perform Automation course for manual QA in the company;
ü Build and own a fast, reliable and comprehensive automation test infrastructure
ü Develop tools, scripts and frameworks for test and data management
ü Design, develop and maintain tests that will guarantee the product's functional correctness, performance, scale and security and generate test reports
ü Analyze defect patterns in major functional areas, troubleshoot, determine root causes and drive test initiatives to resolve and safeguard against the issues, improve test coverage
Position requirements:
· Proven working experience in software quality assurance (2+ years of experience in relevant position)
· Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing (2+ years of experience in relevant position)
· Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (2+ years of experience in relevant position)
· Detail understanding of Continuous integration systems
· Object Oriented design and C# coding skills (2+ years of experience in relevant position)
· Strong communication and problem solving skills.
· Experience in BDD, TDD methodology (1+ years of experience in relevant position)
· Experience in providing courses or presentation about automation to auditory.
· Self-motivated, work well in a team as well as independently
· Web development experience, familiarity with browser compatibility issues and strategies for browser testing across multiple operating systems and platforms (including mobile) is a plus
· Experience in automation testing of highly customizable products is a big plus
· Experience with at least one of the Unit testing frameworks (NUnit and/or JUnit or similar)
