QA specialist / Business Analyst for Deutsche Bank
Location - Moscow

The position is for a senior Quality Assurance specialist/Business Analyst . This role will involve organising and conducting all required testing activities, ensuring system stability and quality, analysing business requirements, support UAT testing.

Daily duties will include:

• Organising and planning test activities.
• Analysis of business requirements and enhancements.
• Creation of testing documentation.
• Testing new functionality and ensure that current functionality works as expected.
• Communicating with remote QA team.
• Report back on testing activities to team managers.
• Support UAT testing.

Excellent communication skills are critical for this role, including the ability to explain complex technical issues in an easily understandable way to management and clients and to interact directly with demanding business users.


Job Requirements

Essential skills

• Understanding of software development and QA processes;
• Understanding of testing methodologies, Regression, Performance, Stress, Load testing;
• Test automation skills (any test automation tool experience is appreciated);
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Unix commands and Unix shells.
• Confident, articulate, enthusiastic and able to operate independently
• Very strong written and oral communication skills to wide ranging audiences from offshore developers to traders are essential

Preferable skills:

Any programming language knowledge is beneficial
Good UNIX and shell knowledge is beneficial.
Familiarity with Spreadsheets and Excel is beneficial.

The candidate must show a clear understanding of the banking environment, a strong interest in financial markets and be highly proactive hence a banking background is preferable.

Experience communicating directly with users and clients in a high pressure environment is a significant advantage.

Experience within a global team working with colleagues and clients in numerous worldwide locations would be beneficial.
