Deutsche Bank is looking for a professional in quality assurance area to lead testing function within a department. The key requirement to the candidate is to bring industry wide experience and practices to the team and align those with existing team processes and bank standards.

The role assumes following responsibilities:
- managing testing and quality assurance across a department which focuses on development FX trading applications
- leading a group of testers in Moscow: setting strategic goals, working on an execution plan and tracking process
- potentially defining an operating model with a vendor to offshore test case execution
- responsibility for environment management
- strong collaboration with development leads on capacity management and performance testing
- defining a strategy and working with development leads to bring quality of the products to next level
- size of the team: 40-50 developers, 10 testers.

Skills:
- Experience in QA: 7+ years
- strong leadership skills
- strong communication skills
- Fluent spoken English
- Experience working in large organizations and/or investment banks is a plus
