Responsibilities:
The Quality Assurance Team Lead will be responsible for the quality and all deliverables on assigned projects. Responsibilities also include leading and mentoring members of the Quality Assurance Department on day to day testing activities.
Requirements:
• Excellent software testing knowledge and skill set.
• Knowledge and keen interest in Quality Assurance methodologies.
• The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
• The ability to lead QA team members on multiple projects.
• The ability to mentor other team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
Qualifications:
• Computer Science degree or related experience.
• 3 + years as Quality Assurance Team Lead managing teams of 3 or more.
• Experience testing desktop and web applications.
Desirable:
• Development or white box testing experience in windows MFC programming.
• Experience with testing or developing for Apple Macintosh platforms.
• Experience with technical writing.
• Experience with test automation.
