Delivery Manager
Position Overview:
The position in Trust & Security Services IT (TSS IT) department, dbSMART team, Moscow, Russia.

dbSMART is a Cognos based MIS platform used by several businesses in Deutsche Bank (Global Cash Management, Global Money Market) as well as external clients for financial data reporting. The product is fully maintained and developed in Moscow and in vendor space with Client Service functions located in Frankfurt. The platform is underpinned by several databases, Java front-end, Unix and Cognos BI parts.

Role Description:

A person at this position will be responsible for the quality and timely delivery of all the changes for particular dbSMART zone with initial focus on High Value Payments area. It will involve dealing with all change requests both from different application streams and make them bundled and agreed for a delivery with development team;

An ideal candidate should be able to promptly identify, communicate and mitigate all the risks associated with any particular delivery. The special focus should be on making more efficient the current vendor engagement and further transition to managed service relations.

Requirements:
Experience/Background:
IT academic background in one of the major Russian institutions;
Project management or delivery management experience (3+ years);

Skills Required:
understanding the concepts of OLAP, experience with Cognos BI is a plus
hands-on knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL concepts;
hands-on knowledge of Unix shell scripts;
experience with J2EE
fluent in English
