BA/QA engineer

Specific Job Requirements:
Must be someone who requires little direction to be successful.
Must have experience with complex projects and functionality.

Willing to work slightly modified work hours to ensure a few additional hours of overlap with the US Team.
Willing to work in the same office as the developers currently working on the myCustomers application.
Job Description:
Responsible for initial triage of incoming bugs for the supported applications. Triage includes validation of the bug, providing additional business or technical information for the developers, and answering questions the developers may have when they estimate and start work.
Responsible for following the standardized process of bug triage, development, and resolution.
Responsible for writing test cases for bugs and eventually requirements.
Responsible for running test cases for bugs and eventually requirements.
